🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience, including 5+ years of engineering management with direct reports across multiple teams.
• Strong AWS cloud services and cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• API design, distributed systems, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years hands-on software development with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or React; comfortable in reviews and design discussions.
• Proven ability to lead small high-output squads (3–6 engineers) that ship with outsized impact.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products (LLM integrations, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines) and AI tooling.
