- Exceptional people leadership; inclusive teams; clear feedback; performance mgmt.
- Strategic thinking and execution; define tech vision; balance short/long term.
- Deep platform engineering expertise: Kubernetes, GitOps, progressive delivery, observability.
- AI curiosity and platform mindset; treat platforms as products with metrics.
- Proven ability to build teams from scratch: mission, recruitment, processes, value.
- Operational excellence and data-driven decision making; measure what matters.
