  • 8+ years in IT engineering or Service Desk ops, incl automation
  • 4+ years leading technical support teams in matrixed orgs
  • PowerShell or Python; building scalable IT automation
  • Freshservice or ITSM with workflow orchestration and API integrations
  • Active Directory, M365, Jamf; endpoint management via Intune/Jamf
  • EDR, firewalls, incident response; ITIL familiarity
  • Excellent English, cross-timezone coordination
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
