- 5+ years Salesforce experience (architecture, automation with Flows, integrations, data governance).
- Strong expertise in Salesloft (or similar) with adoption gains.
- Proven automation strategy design to boost sales efficiency.
- Exposure to AI-enabled sales tools, predictive modeling, or workflow intelligence.
- Experience leading technical or systems-focused teams and stakeholders.
