  • Define strategy for Salesforce, Salesloft, and the sales tech stack.
  • Establish scalable architecture standards, governance, and integrations.
  • Lead CRM governance, pipeline forecasting, and reporting improvements.
  • Drive automation of manual workflows and AI-enabled seller tools.
  • Build and lead a Sales Tooling team; partner with Sales, Eng and Data.
  • Drive adoption and change management for new tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in Sales Ops / Revenue Ops / Sales Tech in mid-to-large enterprises.
  • 5+ years Salesforce experience (architecture, automation with Flows, integrations, data governance).
  • Strong expertise in Salesloft (or similar) with adoption gains.
  • Proven automation strategy design to boost sales efficiency.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled sales tools, predictive modeling, or workflow intelligence.
  • Experience leading technical or systems-focused teams and stakeholders.
