  • Lead design and optimization of sales compensation, goals, and territory design.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytics.
  • Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling.
  • Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Qlik or similar).
  • Experience supporting sales compensation, incentive design, and territory modeling.
  • Ability to design end-to-end analytical/workflow solutions and present to senior stakeholders.
