๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in high-tech software sales or SE leadership.
- 5+ years in a high-tech software org, ideally Sales Engineering/Technical Sales.
- Direct Sales Engineering experience in Application Security (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA).
- Strong understanding of AppSec sold via partners and MSPs.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- SDLC, CI/CD experience and at least one language (Java/C/C++/JS/Python).
- Excellent communication; articulate value drivers and differentiation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay current on AI code generation/AI-assisted development for demos.
