📋 Description

  • Lead NAMER Sales Business Partners team of BPs

  • Communicate clearly with executives and teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales ops, business ops, SaaS
  • Experience managing direct reports and OKRs
  • Experience with forecasting, MBRs, and QBRs
  • 3-5 annual planning cycles completed
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills to senior audiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree
