  • Leads retention and lifecycle programs across CRM, journeys, and loyalty integration.
  • Defines roadmaps, priorities, and metrics across onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback.
  • Drives loyalty program performance; defines structure, benefits, and offerings.
  • Develops consumer group strategies (VIP, professional, community) with scalable experiences.
  • Develops segmentation frameworks and behavior-based journeys; test-and-learn across channels.
  • Leverages data, RFM, and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness; partners with analytics.
  • Contributes to acquisition strategies via owned channels to grow lists and long-term engagement.
  • Manages agency and tech partners; leads lifecycle marketing team and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum six years of experience configuring and leveraging advanced lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and loyalty.
  • Equivalent experience/education substitutions may apply.
