🎯 Requirements
- Proficiency with workforce management platforms and analytics; Legion experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, HR, or analytics; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive WFM experience in multi-unit retail/global settings.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
- Experience supporting international retail ops, expansions, or integrations.
- Deep knowledge of workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
