📋 Description

  • Lead and develop a Workforce Management team for daily labor and strategic initiatives.
  • Own global workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
  • Create and manage the annual labor budget with Finance and Operations.
  • Track labor actuals vs budget; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver labor insights to exec leadership; translate data into decisions.
  • Oversee governance and continuous improvement of WFM systems and scheduling platforms.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proficiency with workforce management platforms and analytics; Legion experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, HR, or analytics; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive WFM experience in multi-unit retail/global settings.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience supporting international retail ops, expansions, or integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
