🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years in consumer lending quality control or related roles.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Experience designing/operating QC programs for lending products.
- Knowledge of TILA, Reg B, FDCPA, and UDAAP in lending.
- Experience supporting regulatory examinations or audits.
