🎯 Requirements
- Experience implementing or operating an LMS (CoStar, Workday Lease, or equivalent)
- Sharp eye for billing errors and CAM discrepancies; back them with lease language
- ASC 842 familiarity to support accounting, flag upstream data problems, maintain subledger
- AP process fluency: payments, POs, GL coding; partner with Finance Systems to fix data
- Comfort in a fast-moving, technical environment; landlords are hyperscalers and hardware vendors
- Prior work in a SOX-compliant environment with documented lease controls
