  • Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok, optimizing budgets.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign, audience, and creative performance; scale winners.
  • Lead experiments across audiences, creative, messaging, and bidding.
  • Analyze attribution models to identify growth drivers and translate insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and measurement frameworks with analytics teams.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to develop assets with strong fit.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance marketing or paid social growth.
  • Deep expertise managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) at scale.
  • Experience managing TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with attribution models and performance data.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize large paid media budgets.
  • Experience driving performance creative testing and working with creative teams.
