- 5+ years leading operational teams or multi-functional initiatives.
- Experience leading organizational change, integrations, or turnarounds.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
- Healthcare/home care, franchising, or M&A experience a plus; MBA a plus.
