  • Lead integration of newly acquired home care businesses into Honor operations.
  • Own transition strategy, stabilization, and change management plan.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years leading operational teams or multi-functional initiatives.
  • Experience leading organizational change, integrations, or turnarounds.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • Healthcare/home care, franchising, or M&A experience a plus; MBA a plus.
