  • Own governance, crediting logic, and data integrity for all commission events

  • 8+ years in incentive compensation, sales ops, revenue ops, finance, or related fields
  • 3+ years people management leading high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise designing incentive compensation plans for complex GTM orgs
  • Strong understanding of commission operations, crediting logic, and governance
  • Experience with financial modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning
  • Familiarity with Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Salesforce, Anaplan
