🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Marketing Operations/Revenue Ops or GTM systems
  • 2+ years people management in high-growth
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce and Marketo experience
  • Lead management, lifecycle design, routing, data hygiene
  • Attribution/performance measurement using HockeyStack or similar
  • Build scalable processes and operating frameworks
