Sr. Manager, Joint Venture & VIE

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end JV entity accounting, monthly close, and partner reporting
• Manage distributions, capital calls, and waterfall calculations
• Primary accounting contact for JV partners on reporting timelines and treatments
• Manage intercompany activity and consolidation into CoreWeave's financials
• Coordinate with external auditors for JV-level audits and audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years JV/partnership/structured finance accounting experience
• Public accounting (Big 4) background + industry function-building
• Deep proficiency in ASC 810 (VIE/consolidation) and ASC 323 (equity method)
• Experience as managing member or operator-side JV accountant
• CPA required
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite in multi-entity environments
