🎯 Requirements
- B.S. in STEM with 7+ yrs IT ops/DevOps or 9+ yrs without degree; 6+ yrs IT management.
- Experience with configuration management, provisioning, IaC, and DevOps tools.
- Skilled in scalable architectures, high availability, perf tuning, monitoring, and metrics.
- NOC/SOC management; ERP/CRM/ServiceNow; threat detection; incident response; CI/CD.
- Strong communication; able to work with customers, vendors, and mgmt.
- Will ing to travel 25%; pass Air Force background checks; extended hours as needed.
