Define strategy for network, datacenter, and virtualization infra.
Lead day-to-day ops across on-prem datacenters, enterprise networks, and hybrid cloud.
Drive datacenter modernization and refresh programs, including hardware lifecycle management.
Oversee VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) for performance and reliability.
Knowledge of enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
Hybrid role in Massachusetts requiring three days on-site per week.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in IT infrastructure, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale environments (800+ servers).
Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies.
Experience leading datacenter refresh and modernization initiatives.
Deep knowledge of enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
