🎯 Requirements

15+ years international payroll management across regions
5+ years leading payroll teams
Expert APAC payroll taxes, compliance, benefits
Strong HRIS/vendor relationships (Workday preferred)
Experience with equity payroll and stock transactions
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
