- Execute the roadmap with Director and Vehicle Design; deliver hardware on schedule.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain engineers; evaluate across three domains.
- Spend 40-50% time on the test floor, reviewing hardware and commissioning.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or related field.
- 8+ years engineering experience with test infrastructure or hardware.
- Deep experience in at least 2 of: Structures, Fluids, Data & Control Systems.
- 3+ years engineering management experience; hiring and mentoring.
- Proven track record delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects on-time and on-budget.
- Strong fundamentals and full design cycle from requirements to commissioning.
