Sr. Manager, Healthcare Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Build and lead a healthcare data analytics team from the ground up.
• Hire/onboard 2–3 data analysts in your first year.
• Partner with Growth, Compliance, Health Plan, and Leadership on data roadmap.
• Own analytic datasets: Epic Clarity, claims, Salesforce enrollment, etc.
• Create automated Power BI dashboards; manage timelines and PRs.
• Bridge EHR features with backend data tables; ensure data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in healthcare data analytics
• 3+ years directly managing a team
• Excellent communication to clinical/operational stakeholders
• Experience with Jira, Git, Azure, Databricks, Airflow
• Experience building automated Power BI dashboards
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, NDC ontologies
