🎯 Requirements

- Expertise in 2.5D/3D packaging and Co-Packaged Optics (CPO)
- Proficient in lab validation, materials characterization; tools like SolidWorks, Ansys, Flotherm
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and suppliers
- IT infrastructure knowledge; familiarity with Mentor Graphics/Allegro
