🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years FP&A or corporate finance, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Based near DC; able to come to HQ in Arlington, VA 2-3 days/week.
