- Lead network QFS program oversight across Nature’s Bakery’s manufacturing network.
- Establish and strengthen QFS systems to protect the brand and product quality.
- Partner with co-manufacturers, internal plants, suppliers, 3PLs, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop governance and performance reporting for external manufacturing.
- Drive Continuous Improvement via CAPA and process capability.
- Support commercialization of new products at co-manufacturers and internal plants, ensuring readiness and risk mitigation.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years in Quality, Operations, External Manufacturing, CI, or Food Safety in CPG.
- HACCP, GMP, GLP, and GFSI schemes (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001).
- Experience leading audits, risk assessments, investigations, and improvement programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to co-man sites and NB facilities.
