📋 Description

  • Lead network QFS program oversight across Nature’s Bakery’s manufacturing network.
  • Establish and strengthen QFS systems to protect the brand and product quality.
  • Partner with co-manufacturers, internal plants, suppliers, 3PLs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop governance and performance reporting for external manufacturing.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement via CAPA and process capability.
  • Support commercialization of new products at co-manufacturers and internal plants, ensuring readiness and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years in Quality, Operations, External Manufacturing, CI, or Food Safety in CPG.
  • HACCP, GMP, GLP, and GFSI schemes (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001).
  • Experience leading audits, risk assessments, investigations, and improvement programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% to co-man sites and NB facilities.
