📋 Description

  • Lead QFS programs across Nature’s Bakery manufacturing network.
  • Establish and strengthen QFS systems to protect brand and product performance.
  • Advise Ops, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain; develop governance and KPIs.
  • Support commercialization at co-manufacturers; ensure process capability and risk mitigation.
  • Lead CAPA and continuous improvement; elimination of recurring defects.
  • Develop network QFS KPIs, scorecards, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, microbiology, engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Quality, Operations, External Manufacturing, CI, or Food Safety in CPG.
  • Experience with co-manufacturers, suppliers, or external manufacturing networks.
  • HACCP, Food Safety Plan, GMPs, GLPs, and GFSI systems (SQF/BRC/FSSC 22000).
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, investigations, and performance improvement; strong communication.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to co-man sites and NB manufacturing facilities.
