Identify resource needs for business groups: headcount, capital, costs
Collaborate with production/engineering to identify KPIs and analyze performance against targets
Partner with business unit leaders to prepare financial analyses for decisions
Work with supply chain to track financial obligations as we scale
Partner with accounting for financial close analysis and reporting
Provide insight on spending variances and department reporting

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
10+ years in finance or operations
4+ years in supervisory/management role
Master's degree in business administration
Experience with ERP databases and SQL programming
Advanced Excel financial modelling skills
