🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in data space with a technical product (data warehousing, big data, cloud infra, or ML)
- 3+ years building and leading technical customer-facing teams (hiring, onboarding, supporting) in high-growth environments
- History building territory, growing strategic customers, and exceeding targets
- Experience influencing large product and engineering decisions from customer and market evidence
- History evolving team engagement models to adapt to customer demands
- Technical depth in data and AI to build credibility with team, customers, and stakeholders
- Inspiring a team vision for the AI natives business
🎁 Benefits
- Local Pay Range: $171,800 – $240,500 USD
- Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits
