📋 Description

• Manage a diverse team of Adoption and Product Architects to drive adoption.
• Define strategy for multiple scalable, repeatable product programs.
• Evangelize programs with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build EPL communities that are developed and matured over time.
• Orchestrate field materials to drive product programs and enablement.
• Engage resources to triage needs and secure consistent support.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading technical field engineering teams (hiring, onboarding, coaching).
• Proven trusted advisor to field and product execs who drive decisions with data.
• Strong execution and ability to deliver outcomes amid ambiguity.
• Strong leadership coordinating with GTM and R&D for product-line adoption.
• Experience building and leading technical field teams; mentoring operators.
• Ability to build consensus and cross-functional alignment.
