- Plan, design and develop ERP Supply Chain systems, including Oracle Fusion.
- Manage a small team and serve as Functional/Technical Lead on Direct Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Retail sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Inventory Planning, WMS, OMS, and Finance.
- Drive ERP lifecycle implementations using Oracle Fusion; participate in discovery, architecture and solution design.
- Develop/enhance systems per requirements using SDLC tools and Agile methods.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts and Architects to translate solutions into technical designs and deliver a viable product.
🎯 Requirements
- Extensive ERP Supply Chain expertise in Direct Purchasing, Inventory, and Retail.
- Development, coding and configuration experience with Oracle systems, especially Oracle Fusion.
- Knowledge of Inventory Planning, Warehouse Management, Finance, AP 3-way match, Order Management, and POS/Omnichannel.
- Experience in end-to-end ERP lifecycle implementations; consulting experience is a plus.
- 10+ years ERP experience with increasing functional/technical responsibilities; 5+ years leading teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
