- Proven experience balancing throughput with automation in ops teams.
- Experience with SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO; evidence and access review programs.
- Cross-functional influence across security, infra, and engineering.
- Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt; translate policy to ops.
- BS+ in CS, Information Security, or related technical field.
