🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
- 9+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in Ads.
- 5+ years of engineering management experience.
- History delivering end-to-end user-facing features.
- Strong AI/ML knowledge; math and statistics background.
- Experience using AI to improve speed and quality in daily workflows.
- Proven ability to evaluate and verify AI-assisted work (testing, data validation).
- High integrity and ownership; protect data and avoid over-reliance on AI.
