Sr. Manager/Director, Portfolio Finance

📋 Description

• Lead financing activities: debt facilities, tax equity fundings, refinancings, asset divestitures.
• Review transaction docs, negotiate amendments/waivers, seek approvals/consents.
• Manage due diligence bringdown processes at fundings with consultants, counsel, internal teams.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Construction, Corporate Finance, Asset Management to manage financing needs.
• Manage financial tracking models and support modelling requests for projects in construction and operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders including C-level executives, lenders, investors.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of renewable energy development.
• Experience in project finance and tax equity transactions; maintain and audit tracking models.
• Passion for renewables and climate solutions.
• Proven transaction experience in energy or infrastructure (developer, operating company, private equity, consulting, or banking).
• Understanding of tax-equity structures and partnership tax principles, and construction/term loan facilities.
• Strong financial modeling skills; able to gather, organize, and draw conclusions from data.
