Sr Manager/ Director FP&A, Special Projects

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to deliver quarterly reviews; explain drivers and risks
• Lead periodic/ad hoc analyses for special projects
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for special projects
• Build and maintain financial models to report metrics
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses
• Design dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting for initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Strategic Finance/FP&A, M&A diligence, or consulting; SaaS/subscription preferred
• Proven ability to build financial models, ROI analyses, and synthesize data into insights
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with databases and analytical tools
• Excellent communicator with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Sound judgement on escalation; ability to influence without direct control
• BI tools knowledge; ERP systems; proficient with Google Sheets and Excel
