🎯 Requirements

Experience with large-scale data platforms and distributed systems.
Experience managing strict low-latency requirements and SLAs.
Hands-on Kubernetes experience on-prem or cloud-hosted.
Deep technical expertise to contribute and review others.
Successfully built and led a team with clear mission and goals.
Strong coaching and feedback skills to develop the team.
