🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or related roles
  • Enterprise accounts management and retention focus
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Japanese and English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models
  • Experience driving product adoption and expansion
  • CRM/CS tools: Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk
