  • Proven experience building processes and frameworks for creative/marketing.
  • Cross-functional alignment across marketing, product, content, and ads.
  • Experience with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable) and Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with executives and creatives.
