🎯 Requirements

6-8 years of hands-on UX research, with at least 2 years in leadership.
Familiar with video game lifecycle; shipping AA/AAA PC/console.
Experience researching new and emerging technologies and IP.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Graduate degree (MA/PhD or related) in HCI, Psychology, or related field.
Strong analytical skills; SPSS, SAS, R, Python, Tableau.
Accessibility, inclusion, and representation in games.
