- Maintain knowledge of IL state/local cannabis laws and regulations
- Review SOPs and process maps for regulatory compliance
- Maintain compliance document retention programs and risk updates
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections/audits, investigations, and internal reviews
- Act as state compliance lead with regulators and Curaleaf staff
- Collaborate with Ops, Retail, DEC, HR/P&C, Sales/Marketing on risk
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in federal or state controlled-substance regulatory compliance management
- Proficient in spreadsheet and data management software, particularly Excel
- Pass a background check and obtain IDFPR and IDOA Agent Cards
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Metrc and software such as C-15, Simplifya, Monday.com
