- 3+ years directly supporting a GTM org with quotas and metrics
- 3+ years of people management leading analysts or managers
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and GTM economics
- Hands-on experience owning sales compensation plan design and operations at scale
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, CaptivateIQ (or similar) and BI tools
