🎯 Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience building or leading community for a consumer brand
- Proven ability to build both digital and real-world communities
- Experience developing ambassador, creator, or membership programs
- Strong understanding of how community intersects with culture, content, and events
- Experience building scalable community frameworks across multiple markets
- Exceptional relationship-building and storytelling instincts
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build programs from scratch
