🎯 Requirements

- Experience removing friction to improve developer experience.
- Background building/operating developer platforms: source control, CLIs, environments, CI/CD.
- Experience scaling developer workflows, owning on-call, reliability, and metrics.
- Ability to partner with Tech Lead to align people leadership with technical direction.
- Hands-on with AI coding assistants and dev tools; able to evaluate new tools.
