- Align internal and external partners on decisions.
- Drive cost reductions and risk management in outsourcing.
🎯 Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years biotech/pharma/clinical research exp.
- 3-5 years outsourcing/vendor management exp in clinical ops.
- Expertise in contracts, budgeting, terms, change orders.
- Experience with RFI/RFP, proposals, negotiations.
- CRO/Ancillary vendor experience preferred.
