- Lead collaborations with academic medical centers and health systems.
- Manage operations for institutional partnerships (IIS, RWE, biobanking).
- Own contracts tracking, approvals, and deliverables across partnerships.
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Trials, Regulatory, Legal, BD, Data Science.
- Support Joint Steering Committees and governance activities.
- Drive program execution and issue resolution across partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- 5-8+ years in alliance management or clinical research.
- Direct experience with health systems or hospital-based research.
- Knowledge of IRBs, contracts, data governance, publications.
- Experience with IIS, collaborative research, or real-world evidence.
- PMP or equivalent project management credential preferred.
- Note: commercial pharma partnerships may not fit.
