Sr. Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead month-end close under US GAAP; review entries, reconciliations, and reports.
• Coordinate international subsidiary accounting with 3rd parties; intercompany reconciliations.
• Reconcile fixed assets, prepaids, leases, payables, and accruals.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay system implementation and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize accounting with AI-focused changes.
• Manage and mentor accounting and AP staff; work with external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in finance; 3+ years of management in close and P2P.
• CPA or equivalent; Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent communication for a multi-national team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; process improvements.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP and implementations preferred.
