Sr. Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead global month-end close under US GAAP; oversee entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate international subsidiaries with 3rd-party firms; reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Manage fixed assets, prepaids, leases, payables, and accrued expenses.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay implementation and P2P improvements with AI-driven insights.
• Develop internal controls; collaborate cross-functionally to standardize processes.
• Mentor accounting and AP staff; partner with external auditors on US GAAP disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years accounting experience; 3+ years in management.
• CPA or equivalent; Big 4 audit preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multi-national team leadership.
• NetSuite or similar ERP experience; implementations preferred.
