🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in accounting, with 3+ years in financial close management.
- CPA or equivalent; Big 4 audit experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Strong US GAAP technical knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for multi-national teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement them.
- Ability to manage priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
