Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on plant equipment
Restore equipment to safe, functional condition
Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, EPA and local regs
Install, test, and repair electrical systems; perform PMs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot AC/DC drives, PLCs, power distribution, and motors up to 480V
Operate forklifts and other equipment; follow GMP and safety practices
Must be open to any shift; rotating schedule (2-2-3) with 6pm-6am shifts

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in the food manufacturing industry
4+ years as an experienced maintenance mechanic
2+ years as Electrical technician
PLC experience is a plus
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Read electrical diagrams; use multimeters and megohmmeters
Understand pneumatic and water systems
