📋 Description

• Write production Python for real-time bidding and optimization
• Train, deploy, and monitor ML models for ad decisions at scale
• Build incrementality measurement to show true causal lift of CTV spend
• Design ML products across the ad-buying lifecycle: targeting, bid optimization, pacing
• Use LLMs and generative AI to accelerate ML development
• Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production Python skills for prod systems
• Solid stats and ML fundamentals for experiments and evaluation
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and value judgment
• Adtech/CTV experience RTB and programmatic ads
• Clear written communication in a distributed team
• Comfort with ambiguity; own problems end to end
