Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, Responsible AI– Applied Research Science

📋 Description

• Design and drive responsible AI projects to identify and mitigate bias.
• Collaborate with Trust, ML Platform, Content Understanding, Search, and Homefeed teams.
• Mentor junior engineers on the Responsible AI team.
• Define and drive technical strategy in Responsible AI with senior leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive real-world experience applying advanced ML to production systems with fairness focus.
• Deep familiarity with transformer models, 2-tower architectures, LLMs, and VLMS.
• Proven ability to measure, deploy, and refine fairness interventions at scale.
• 4+ years in engineering teams building large-scale ML-driven user-facing products.
• 1+ years leading cross-team engineering efforts.
• Masters or PhD in CS or related fields.
