Sr Machine Learning Engineer I

📋 Description

• Research and develop multi-sensor fusion and multi-target tracking methods.
• Design probabilistic state estimation for radar, RF, and optical sensing.
• Develop and evaluate Kalman filters (EKF/UKF), particle filters, and Bayesian methods.
• Run simulations and benchmark performance across varying conditions.
• Analyze real-world datasets to validate assumptions and quantify uncertainty.
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize algorithms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, EE, applied math, or related field, or equivalent hands-on ML experience.
• 8+ years of experience developing and deploying ML systems in real-world applications.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying ML systems in production (cloud, edge, or embedded).
• Strong understanding of statistics, model evaluation, and performance trade-offs.
• Familiarity with MLOps including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
